Pool Area:
In the center of the courtyard is a 60,000 gallon rectangular swimming pool; a popular attraction to guests. It also provides an appealing view from inside the rooms. Lounge and patio chairs, and tables with umbrellas allow guests to choose between peaceful relaxation or festive get-togethers. The well-manicured lawn and trees are accented by flower beds.
Courtyard:
The landscape theme is carried outside the courtyard to the property that is visible from the street. Four large ornamental pear trees adorn the east side. These trees are covered in white blossoms in spring then blaze red and orange in autumn. Blue juniper has been planted in beds that line the walk into the main entrance.
