The Park Place Inn is a 130-room, two-story motel which serves the Northeast Arkansas area and beyond. The intersection of Caraway Road and Nettleton Avenue is one of the busiest and most prosperous in Jonesboro, affording Park Place Inn with an excellent, high visibility location.
The two-story-high lobby is elegant and comfortable at once. Small groups can gather at several seating arrangements or individuals can read magazines and newspapers which are provided daily. A classic curved stairway is featured on the north side of the lobby while on the opposite side stands a large fireplace; very inviting and lovely during cold weather. The main entrance, on the east side, opens to a covered drive where guests may park while checking in when the weather is inclement.
About the Lobby
Just off the lobby, the atrium features floor-to-ceiling windows which provide a sunny atmosphere for A.M. dining. Adding to the ambiance are lush potted plants and a large marble water fountain. A patio adjoins the atrium for guests who enjoy their breakfast al fresco.
Within walking distance of the property are several restaurants, a 24-hour grocery store, two bookstores, Kinko's Copies, a fourteen screen movie theatre, Old Navy clothing stores, and the Indian Mall shopping center. Park Place Inn is only an hour's drive from Memphis, TN.
